A Whisky Sour with Canadian Club is a classic cocktail made with Canadian Club whisky, fresh lemon juice, Simple syrup, and ice. Canadian Club whisky's smooth and slightly sweet flavor pairs well with the tartness of the lemon juice. The addition of simple syrup balances the acidity, resulting in a refreshing and well-balanced cocktail with citrus notes and a warm whisky finish. Serve it over ice in a Rocks glass and garnish with a lemon slice or a maraschino cherry if desired.
